How to apply to the Erasmus+ programme at BUT?
BEFORE APPLYING, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR UNIVERSITY SEND US YOUR NOMINATION LIST Online

Important:
- Choose your subjects at the Receiving Institution (Table A)
- Complete the Additional Questions – Foreign students (info from Sending Institution/ Table B)
- Submit the LA in the system (to approve your selection).
IMPORTANT: If, during the process, you need more details regarding the subjects (syllabus, requirements, or any specifications), don't hesitate to get in touch with the faculty coordinator directly.
Our course catalogue can be found on the website: https://pb.edu.pl/iros/en/erasmus/students/course-catalogue/. Make sure to contact the coordinator before submitting it in the IRK2 system. This will avoid making changes/modification in your OLA in the future.
Once you have completed the IRK2 application online, prepare and send me your OLA through the EWP platform, in order to receive your Acceptance Letter for studies.
